A DMO THAT’S READY FOR THE FUTURE

You may have heard that we’re working with European Cities Marketing to set out our vision of the future for destination marketing organisations, but it doesn’t stop there! We’ve already been putting theory into action, by assisting the local authorities to set up a new DMO for Rethymno and Trikala, two towns in Greece blessed with a unique blend of religious and historical monuments situated nearby, vibrant communities and wonderful food. Both Organizations are expected to run from late 2017 and will be in full alignment with global benchmarks and the latest trends in destination management and marketing. It will also aim to the continuous improvement of visitor experience by highlighting the development of experiential products for both existing and new markets, and to the long-term monitoring of ROI and destination’s economic performance through relevant KPIs.
