Coca-Cola CEE Campaign Design Sprint
July 23, 2020

When one of the world’s best known consumer brands wanted to understand the impact of COVID-19 on the global tourism sector, and work out what they could do to help, they turned to TOPOSOPHY.
In May, we joined Coca-Cola for an intensive Campaign Design Sprint, in which we shared our insights and recommendations with the company’s creative teams in seven European markets (Bulgaria, Cyprus, Croatia, Greece, Italy, Malta and Switzerland). The company is highly aware that 2020 will be a year like no other, and this will require a renewed, smart approach to engaging with both traders and consumers; inspiring people to travel again while recognising the reality of travel restrictions for the tourism industry in their respective countries.
During the design sprint we were asked to bring the teams up to date with the latest developments in global tourism, highlight some of the strategic challenges and market opportunities associated with reopening the F&B sector and finally, to give our insider tips on consumer trends that will emerge in the near future. These insights were enriched further by a bespoke panel of international experts, selected and moderated by TOPOSOPHY. Buzzing with ideas, Coca-Cola’s teams proceeded to develop consumer marketing campaigns, each of which sought to appeal to consumers while also supporting small and medium sized businesses in innovative ways.We joined our team of experts to give qualitative feedback on each pitch to help Coca-Cola’s teams to enrich their ideas further.
Keep a close eye on Coca-Cola’s campaigns this year, to discover the outcome of our work together!
