In recent months we have been working closely with the Scottish Tourism Emergency Response Group to build a two-year recovery plan.
We are delighted to be working with the European Travel Commission to compile a guide for putting sustainable tourism principles into practice.
There is nothing more reassuring than knowing that many city leaders have been using the past year to create innovative solutions for the benefit of everyone who spends time there.
We should expect our cities of tomorrow to give a much more integrated role to hospitality venues within the role of neighbourhoods.
Over the past year we have seen Europe’s tourism sector reach the depths of despair, yet there is an unmistakable willingness among consumers, travel suppliers and governments to see good arise.
